Renovation, 2017
The renovation of the Lobby and ClubHouse
was envisioned as a refined modern elegance
expression trully representing the building’s
community. A soft, monochromatic palette sets
a serene tone, elevated by the interplay of
textures and materials used. The Lobby features
custom lighting including sculptural pendants
and a luminous geometric column,which
creates a rhythm of visual interest while guiding
movement through the space. Contemporary
furnishings with gentle curves invite comfort,
while selected artwork punctuate the muted
backdrop, reinforcing the room’s narrative of
quiet sophistication.
