This remodel transforms a 1990s typical high end
Florida home into a luxury contemporary retreat
with a distinctly masculine edge. The design
emphasizes clean lines, strong contrasts, and
grounded textures, blending sophistication with
warmth.
The redefined mission style facade has a
harmonious blend of vertical rhythm and
monolithic sand wall forms, where the entry hall
has a sense of depth and arrival,integrating
elements like water and light creating a dialog
between natural elements and contemporary
design.
The interior’s monochromatic palette of ivory
and charcoal is punctuated by sculptural
furniture, luxe finishes,and custom millwork,
where the natural materials add depth without
compromising the minimalist but bold aesthetic.
